  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–10 business days after processing.
  • Expedited options may be available depending on your region.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship domestically and to select international locations.
  • If your region is not available at checkout, we’re working to expand our reach.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • District 22 is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve any issues with the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
